- Exceptions: Final sale items, personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

- Return Shipping: Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label (if applicable). For exchanges, please specify the item, size, and color you would like to receive in exchange. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a Funkitalady error.
- Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 3 - 5 business days to your original payment method. For exchanges, we will ship the new item as soon as the return is approved, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Damaged or Defective Products

Refund Timeline
